Therapy for the Modern New Yorker.

Personalized therapy for adults and couples — in person in Brooklyn and online across New York.

Our Approach

Therapy shouldn't feel like one more thing on your to-do list. It should feel like the one hour of your week that's actually yours.

We blend evidence-based methods with real, unscripted conversation — because lasting change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Rachel Vetter, Founder of Brooklyn Therapy Services. I started this practice to give people in this city a place to slow down and be fully honest.

My approach is relational and integrative — I draw on psychodynamic and attachment-based work, grounded in the belief that change happens through real connection, not a checklist of techniques.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, and major life transitions, and I've spent my career learning that the presenting problem is rarely the whole story.

The work often goes deeper than the symptom.

Anxiety, relationship difficulties, compulsive patterns, grief, and depression rarely exist in isolation. Our work makes room for both what is happening now and the experiences and patterns underneath it.
